We always strive for professional guidance of the child and a strong collaboration with the caregivers. If an unfortunate situation arises where you are not satisfied with our services, we would appreciate hearing from you.
Our complaint procedure and form
Using this complaint form, we aim to work together towards an appropriate solution. If you believe that an action taken by the child coach was not in the best interest of your child, you as the caregiver/parent(s) can file a complaint as follows:
- You can fill out the form at the bottom of this page and email it to kindercoaching@majest.nl. The child coach will then contact you as soon as possible to arrange an appointment.
When you communicate your complaint to the child coach, they will make every effort to reach a satisfactory solution.
Since the child coach is affiliated with Adiona, the professional association for child coaches, if a solution is not reached together, you can appeal to the independent complaints officer of this organization.
This officer can be contacted by email or phone. You can discuss the situation with them and also decide together which solution works best for you. You are welcome to speak to the officer about the incident, whether it’s expressing dissatisfaction or simply reporting the previous situation. The officer can also inform you of other possibilities.
The complaints officer remains independent and impartial. They will try to bring you and the involved party together through mediation, connecting both sides of the story. They do not make judgments or assessments. Your information will always be handled confidentially and can only be shared with the involved party with your consent.
